Welded gabion mesh-a metal wire basket or container (or gabion basket) filled with rocks, crushed concrete or other materials, used to build dams, retaining walls, landscapes, etc.
Welded gabion meshes are widely used in retaining wall structures, falling rocks and soil protection. The welded gabion is filled with hard and durable stones on site to form a mass gravity structure. Welded gabion mesh is faster and easier to install than woven mesh gabion mesh.
The welded mesh structure ensures that each contact point in the grid pattern is welded to form a rigid connection, which makes this type of gabion mesh important for obtaining a flat, sharp appearance. The additional rigidity provided by the welded wire mesh and corner stiffeners provides greater resistance to expansion and also makes rock filling less troublesome
Application of welded gabion meshe:
✔Strengthen the slope.
✔River bank protection.
✔Expand or build roads on slopes.
✔Railway embankment construction.
✔Robustness and high drainage capacity.
✔Assemble with geotechnical conditions.
✔Erosion protection of dikes and reservoirs.
